GRO Informational Brochure (pdf) We have started the Girls Ride Out, Thursday evening, riding season. For the most part we have had nice weather and about 12 - 15 ladies showing up regularly. The route consists of quiet roads, lined with tall trees, seasonal flowers, mild winding rolling hills, some ponds, farms, and very few cars. And of course with all the trees headwinds were not so bad. The pace is still around 15mph give or take depending on hills and wind.
Weather dictates our rides for the most part...we do not start out in a downpour or if there is threat of lightning, also, if the wind is blowing more than 15 plus we most likely will not ride. I will post – up to the minute news - on the forum section of the 3RVS website. If the weather looks iffy, I will post by 4:30 day of the ride. If you have any questions please email me.  |
