Holiday Party

The annual 3 Rivers Velo Sport holiday party will be held on Friday, December 4 from 6:30pm to 10:00pm at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Enter through the door nearest Wilkie Drive on back side of the church.

Aldersgate United Methodist Church is located at 2417 Getz Rd, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Here is a map to the church.

The party will also serve as the December Club meeting. Scheduled business is the nomination of Club officers for 2010.

The cost is $5 per person. There is no charge for the dinner if you pay your 2010 membership dues that night. Membership is $20 for individuals and $30 for families. (No alcohol will be allowed.)

The club will provide delicious Casa lasagna, vegetarian lasagna and salad as well as soft drinks and coffee. Please bring your favorite side dish or dessert to share.

The church can seat about 70 so there is plenty of room, and they have a couple video arcade games and a pool table for entertainment. We also plan to have a slide show of pictures taken through the year and Christmas music.

This is also the night to be able to pick up your new club jersey or other clothing items that you ordered. If you cannot make it to the party then they will be available at the monthly meetings.
