The following announcement is from Mark Miller, owner of Peloton Cycling Center of Fort Wayne. Announcing the Grand Opening of the areas only Cycling Center of it's kind. The Peloton Cycling Center of Fort Wayne will have it's grand opening during the week of Sunday, Jan. 4th through Saturday Jan. 10th. During this week visitors will be able to tour the Cycling Center's facility located in the Spiece Fieldhouse and take a free 30 minute trial spin on the systems. You can bring in your own road/tri bike or use one of ours! The entrance to the facility will be through the Spiece entrance then follow signs to the east end of the basketball court. See the attachment for Grand Opening Week Hours. Please be aware that Sunday Jan. 4th there will be a basketball tournament in the Fieldhouse as well. There will be a very full parking lot on that day. Please be aware that parking is usually NOT like what you will see on that Sunday. You may have to search for a parking place on Sunday. The Peloton Cycling Center is equipped with 12 Computrainer computerized riding systems that allow riders to utilize their own road or tri bike to do either a structured spin class or ride their own choice of workout for as long as they want. Choose from the hundreds of different courses or workouts that are pre-programmed on the Computrainer software. The Center will also be fully furnished with big screens and large monitors as well as audio equipment to create an unbelievable riding experience. The real course videos and software animation that go along with the workouts and courses make this experience seem as though you are riding outdoors, when you'll actually be in a temperature controlled, well ventilated indoor setting. Whether you're a novice rider just beginning, or you're preparing for your first or 100th outdoor race or triathlon or you're an experienced rider looking to improve your riding fitness and performance, this center will cater to your individual needs to get you where you want to go, faster. Bike storage will also be offered for the members of the Cycling Center. Computrainer systems have a 10% performance improvement guarantee with 20 weeks of regular use. That's a 2-4 mph average increase in just 5 months!! Come see for yourself what the Peloton Cycling Center of Fort Wayne is all about. Bring your own road or tri bike or use one of ours.
