Our team practices are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, from late June to the end of October. Please see the calendar for details. Practices include:

- Winona Trails, Warsaw

What to bring for practice
To ensure a safe and successful practice, each rider should bring the following:
- Bike
- Ensure your bike is in good working condition.
- Bring a spare tube and basic tools for quick repairs.
- Bar plugs
- Bar ends or “horns” must be covered with bar plugs for safety.
- Helmet!
- A properly sized and adjusted helmet is mandatory whenever riding or straddling the bike.
- Choose a helmet that fits snugly, stays secure, and feels comfortable during rides.
- Team Shirt
- Riders must wear their orange team t-shirt or team jersey to practices.
- Each rider will receive an orange t-shirt to help coaches keep track of everyone in the woods.
- Water bottle or hydration pack and food
- Bring enough water and snacks to stay energized for the two-hour practice. Staying hydrated and fueled is essential for safety and fun.
- Repair kit
- Riders should carry a pack containing:
- At least one spare tire tube (specific to their bike’s tire size).
- A method to inflate the tire (bike pump or CO2 cartridge/inflator).
- Optional: tire levers and a multi-tool for minor repairs.
- Riders should carry a pack containing:
- Bike light (Required September – November)

- Fall practices require lights for riding in the dark.
- Recommended setup:
- Handlebar-mounted light.
- Helmet-mounted light for maximum visibility.

Reminder: Safety First
Lights are mandatory for practices from September to November. Make sure all equipment is checked and ready before each session.
